How To Reserve a Commission Spot

A reservation is not guaranteed upon contact. It is first come first serve.

If a reservation spot is available, the commissioner will need to pay a 30% non-refundable holding fee off their total commission price to reserve their spot (if commission spot is reserved at a later date), after signing commission Terms of Service Agreement. 

If the commission spot is reserved to begin immediately, the amount of the commission will be need to be paid in full.

Once your holding deposit has been completed and the Terms of Service Agreement has been signed, Hanna will inform you of your project starting date. The remaining project total amount is due on your personal start date. Hanna will begin your project once the remaining total is paid.

**If the commissioner neglects to pay their commission total in 72 hours when the invoice is sent, the project will be canceled and the commissioner will not be refunded their 30% holding fee.**

Please note that the artist works within a three month turn around to ensure quality of each piece. This does not mean all commissions will take this length of time, but the turn around time is required per commission.

Comissions will be delivered in both PNG and JPEG formats in a google drive folder to the author's provided email.
